Brian Hamilton has a diverse work experience in various customer support and technical support roles. Brian began their career in 2000 as a Technical Support Representative at Lexmark International, Inc. and worked there until 2005. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Customer Service Representative II at Pacific Pulmonary Services. Subsequently, Brian joined Kentucky Medical Services Foundation, Inc. in 2011 as a Senior Patient Accounts Specialist and worked there until 2018. In 2021, they worked as a Support Analyst at Ambra Health until January 2022. In 2022, they joined Sword Health as a Customer Support Analyst and later transitioned to the same role at Casebook PBC in November 2022.
