Naomi Czerwinskyj, MS

Naomi C. has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Naomi is currently working as a Sales Account Executive at Casebook PBC since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Link2Feed as an Account Executive from 2018-2023. During their time at Link2Feed, they also held the positions of Community Development Manager/Head of Sales, Senior Implementation Specialist, and Account Manager.

Naomi has also gained experience in the jewelry industry, working as a Customer Experience Lead & Custom Design Specialist at Brilliant Earth in 2018, and as a Customer Experience/Sales Associate from 2016-2018. Additionally, they worked part-time as a Yoga Instructor at CorePower Yoga from 2015-2016.

Earlier in their career, Naomi worked at Alliant Credit Union as a Business Development Project Manager from 2013-2016, where they focused on acquiring new customers and managing communication for select employer group accounts. Naomi also worked at ARZU STUDIO HOPE as a Business Development Associate/Project Manager from 2012-2013, where they established new sales programs and developed relationships with not-for-profit executives.

Prior to this, Naomi worked at Heartland International (Citizen Bridges International) as a Professional Consultant from 2011-2012, where they developed financial trainings for low-income Central American women. Naomi also worked at MayaWorks as a Product Manager from 2006-2012, managing international fair trade handicraft production and expanding sales through direct commercial channels and social media.

Naomi's earliest position was as a Member Records Assistant at Zonta International Headquarters in 2006. Overall, they possess a varied skill set and has demonstrated success in sales, account management, project management, and customer service throughout their career.

Naomi C. obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Geography from the University of Illinois Chicago, graduating in 2005. Naomi then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree in International Public Service Management from DePaul University between 2009 and 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Naomi C. also obtained several certifications. In 2015, they became a 200-hour Registered Yoga Instructor at CorePower Yoga. Furthermore, in 2016, they earned the Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance. Finally, in 2020, they obtained the Scrum Master Certified certification from the same institution.
