Jaime Sheldon

Jaime Sheldon has over 17 years of experience in customer service roles, currently serving as a Commercial Customer Service Representative at Casella Waste Systems, Inc. since May 2018. Prior to this position, Jaime worked at Phoenix Feeds & Nutrition, Inc. in customer service from March 2013 to March 2018, and at Bank of America as a Customer Service and Sales Representative from May 2006 to September 2012. Jaime began a career in finance at the National Bank of Middlebury as a Teller from June 2002 to August 2005. In addition, Jaime holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Thomas College, obtained between 2001 and 2006.
