Michael T. Stehman

Michael T. Stehman has served as Region Vice President for the Western Region since March 2020. In his current role, Mr. Stehman is responsible for oversight of collection and landfill operations in Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, and Vermont. From January 2019 until March 2020, Mr. Stehman served as Western Region Vice President of Operations. Mr. Stehman joined Casella in 2014 as an Assistant Region Controller and was promoted to Region Controller in 2017. Prior to joining Casella Mr. Stehman spent a decade in the waste industry at Waste Management and Republic Services. Mr. Stehman earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
