Robert J. Cappadona

Robert J. Cappadona has served as the Region Vice President of Resource Solutions since December 2019. In his current role, Mr. Cappadona is responsible for oversight of the Organics, Recycling, and professional services operations. From February 2011 through 2019 Mr. Cappadona served as Vice President for Casella Recycling. From March 2003 to 2011 he served as Casella Regional Manager of Northeast Recycling. Prior to joining Casella, Mr. Cappadona served in various recycling management roles from 1990 through 1998. Mr. Cappadona has over 30 years of experience in the waste industry, primarily in recycling. Mr. Cappadona received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts - Lowell.
