Arina'smost recent position was as a Senior Brand Manager at Casella Family Brands, where they were responsible for the brand strategy and activation of the globally recognized wine brand, [yellow tail], in Australia, Canada, and Asia Pacific. Arina also had a role as a Brand Manager for [yellow tail] prior to their senior position.
Before that, Arina worked as a Brand Manager for Cold Power & Dynamo at Henkel, and as a Brand Manager for Dynamo at Colgate Palmolive. Arina also had a Brand Manager position at Kimberly-Clark, where they managed the Kleenex Viva brand.
Arina started their career as a Brand Manager at Reckitt Benckiser UK, overseeing the Air Wick brand. Arina then moved to Reckitt Benckiser Australia, where they continued to work on the Air Wick brand as a Brand Manager and also served as an Assistant Brand Manager for Mortein.
Arina began their career in the marketing department of Ferrero Australia, initially as a Junior Brand Manager for Kinder Seasonal & Kinder Chocolate, and then as a Brand Assistant for Nutella. Arina also gained international marketing experience as an International Marketing Assistant at Galbani (Lactalis Group) Italy.

Arina Serra began their education at Lycée Louis-le-Grand, where they obtained a Baccalaureate Degree in Sciences (Maths/Physics/Chemistry/Biology) from 1998 to 2001. Arina then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Business & Spanish Studies at UNSW, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. As part of the Erasmus Programme, Arina attended Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in 2003 and 2004, focusing on International Business & Spanish Studies. Arina continued their studies at UNSW, earning a Master of Commerce degree in Marketing from 2005 to 2006. Arina further enhanced their expertise in Marketing by pursuing a Master of Commerce degree at Università Bocconi in 2006. Recently, in 2022 and 2023, Arina attended the Digital Marketing Institute, obtaining a DMI Pro certification in Digital Marketing.
