Kelsey Antle is the Managing Director of Research and Evaluation for Pretrial Services at The Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services (CASES), where responsibilities include developing research initiatives, conducting statistical analyses, and overseeing data collection for the Manhattan Supervised Release Program. Previously, Kelsey served as the Director of Evaluation for CASES, focusing on program evaluations and the design of data collection instruments. Kelsey's earlier experience includes roles as a Research Associate at the CUNY Institute for State & Local Governance, where mixed-methods research was conducted across multiple public systems, and a Researcher at the Brennan Center for Justice, assessing criminal fine practices. Kelsey holds a PhD and an M.A. in Criminology from the University of Florida, and a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

The mission of CASES is to increase the understanding and use of community sanctions that are fair, affordable, and consistent with public safety. CASES serves nearly 4,000 individuals annually in programs lasting anywhere from one day to more than two years. Their programs are aimed at high-need populations, including young people, adults with mental illness, and chronic misdemeanants who are homeless, drug-addicted, or underemployed.
