Stephanie Thayer began their career in 2011 as a Partnerships Manager at Her Campus. In 2012, they moved on to Hess Deynoodt Marketing Inc. as a Marketing Manager. In 2013, they joined The Second Glass as an Account Operations Manager, where they managed accounts and directly interacted with clients, executed and finalized partnerships, developed and maintained a CRM system, oversaw client relations, produced and distributed event and product updates, and built strong relationships with clients. In 2014, they joined ChowNow as the Senior Director of Growth Operations, where they led the Growth Operations department, drove a superior level of operational excellence, and designed operational strategies. Finally, in 2022 they joined Casetext as the Vice President of Revenue Operations, where they are responsible for overseeing and coordinating Casetext's revenue-generating activities, setting and tracking revenue goals, analyzing customer data, developing pricing strategies, and implementing systems for tracking and analyzing performance.

Stephanie Thayer is currently enrolled at Tulane University. Stephanie has also obtained two certifications, the Value Selling Framework* Certification from ValueSelling Associates, Inc. in December 2019, and the LeanData Routing Certification from LeanData, Inc. in November 2020.
