Amy Banes has extensive experience in quality assurance and technical support, with a career spanning over 18 years. Since June 2012, Amy has been with CaseWare UK Limited, where roles have included QA Team Leader for Accounts, QA Test Analyst, and QA Technician, demonstrating expertise in quality assurance following the completion of the ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation Level. Prior to CaseWare UK Limited, Amy worked at Kent Adult Education from August 2007 to June 2012, serving as Budget Support Officer and Technical Support Team Leader. Earlier roles included Technical Support Consultant at Kent Adult Education and Finance Assistant at Minster College from July 2005 to August 2007. After maternity leave, Amy transitioned to a part-time role as Senior Technical Support Consultant, highlighting adaptability and continued professional growth.
