Joanna Koumarelas

Joanna Koumarelas has extensive experience in account management and sales, currently serving as an Account Manager at Caseware since March 2017, where previous roles included Inside Sales Representative and Customer Service Representative for North American Distribution. Prior to Caseware, Joanna worked at RSA as a Paramedical Benefits Administrator from July 2016 to January 2017, where LLQP Certification and Provincial certification were completed. Joanna's career also includes a position as Assistant Manager at Team Theraputix from May 2014 to March 2016.
