They have held various significant roles, including Director of Product at Thrive Career Wellness Platform and Forma.ai, where they successfully led product management and design disciplines. Ricky also worked as a Product Manager at PagerDuty and LoyaltyOne, where they launched major analytics initiatives and received accolades for their contributions. They earned a Master's in Management of Analytics from Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
