Jim Fimiani

Managing Director - Controller at Casey Family Programs

Jim Fimiani has over 35 years of work experience, starting in 1984 with Blue Cross of Washington and Alaska. There, they managed various functions within the finance department and played a role in overhauling the corporate billing and enrollment systems. In 1992, they joined Arch Communications as an Accounting Manager, where they managed general accounting, budget development, inventory maintenance, and more. Jim then joined Casey Family Programs in 2000, first as a Director of Accounting Operations, responsible for general ledger, financial statements, payroll, and accounts payable. In October 2019, they were promoted to Managing Director - Controller, overseeing finance services and the replacement of the foundation's financial system.

Jim Fimiani attended Rutgers University from 1969 to 1973 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Jim later pursued further education at Central Washington University from 1981 to 1983, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
