Michelle Bass Lmsw

Michelle Bass, LMSW, currently serves as the host of The Resilient Parenting Podcast and works as an adjunct instructor at Boise State University. With extensive experience in family development, Michelle has been a Family Developer at Casey Family Programs since 2012, specializing as a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner and trauma-informed trainer. Previous roles include Family Support Liaison, Coordinator/Case Assistant, and Youth Specialist at various organizations, complemented by a background in freelance acting and singing from 1998 to 2024. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Boise State University and a Master of Social Work in Child Welfare from Northwest Nazarene University.
