Andrew Mercer

Andrew Mercer has extensive experience in IT support and analysis, currently serving as the Lead IT Support Analyst at Casey's since May 2018, following roles as a Senior IT Support Analyst and IT Support Analyst. Prior experience includes working as a System Specialist III at Iowa State University from September 2011 to May 2018 and as a Technical Specialist I at McFarland Clinic PC from August 2008 to August 2011. Andrew holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Marshalltown Community College, completed between 2006 and 2008.
