Kirk Robinson is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and project planning. Currently serving as a Windows 10 Migration Project Planner at CSL Behring since May 2019, Kirk is responsible for planning and implementing Windows 10 migrations for North American employees, managing data, and providing support for users both before and after migration. Concurrently, Kirk works as an IT deskside support specialist at BlackRock Inc, focusing on Windows 10 migrations and thin client implementations. Previously, Kirk held roles as a Help Desk Specialist at Cash Connect, providing customer support and managing vendor relationships, a Computer Lab Technician/IT Administrator at Roizeman Development Inc., and a Computer System Engineer at Electronic Home Solutions. Kirk earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Penn State World Campus and a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Sciences from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
