Natalie Cawood

Natalie Cawood has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Natalie started their career as an Article Clerk at PwC, where they gained experience in audits, financial statements, and risk assessment. Natalie later became an Audit Manager, responsible for managing external audits and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

After PwC, Natalie worked at Blue Financial Services as a Financial Manager, overseeing financial control, management accounts, and budgeting. Natalie also provided support to other Financial Managers within the company.

In 2016, Natalie founded The Delight Box, an artisan foodie box supporting local producers and charities. As the founder, they were responsible for all financial and operational functions.

Natalie then joined Vinewave as a Financial Manager before moving on to Cash Flow Capital South Africa as a Financial Director in 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Group CFO at Preference Capital, a role they started in 2021.

Throughout their career, Natalie has demonstrated expertise in financial management, audit, budgeting, and compliance.

Natalie Cawood holds a CA(SA) degree from SAICA. Natalie also has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pretoria, where they obtained a Certificate of Theory in Accountancy (CTA) as well. Natalie completed their secondary education at Pretoria High School for Girls.
