Ameena M. has been working in the customer service and market research industry since 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Market Research Consultant for Salesify, Inc., where they were responsible for procuring data from various search engines and conducting research and analysis of target companies in all domains. In 2019, they joined HCCR as a Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Executing Search without boundaries, Project Delivery, and Consulting Clients on Talent Management. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager for Cashaa since 2021, where they are responsible for handling client queries and resolving tickets in a timely manner, on-boarding new clients, and cross verifying KYC and AML of the client.
