Saswat Das has worked in the financial services industry since 2012. Saswat began their career at RBS as an Assistant Manager in 2012. In 2014, they moved to ICICI Bank where they held the roles of Private Banker, Investment Banking Specialist, and Wealth Manager. In 2019, they joined Kotak Securities as an Elite Wealth Manager. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Cashaa, the largest crypto-friendly neo-bank based in the UK, providing services to thousands of businesses from the crypto industry.

Saswat Das has a diverse educational background. Saswat completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha from 2006 to 2010. Saswat then went on to earn a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Xavier Institute of Management with a focus on Marketing & Operations / General Management from 2010 to 2012. In 2014, they obtained the IRDAI Certified Life Insurance Sourcing Person certification from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority. In 2018, they received the NISM Series V A: Certified Mutual Fund Distributor certification from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM). Most recently, they completed an Executive Program in Blockchain Technology Management from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad in 2021.
