Rudo Makowa

Rudo Makowa is an experienced legal and industrial relations professional currently serving as an Industrial Relations Officer at Cashbuild since October 2022. Prior to this role, Rudo held the position of Dispute Resolution Specialist at NEASA from September 2021 to October 2022 and worked as a Legal Advisor at Scorpion Legal Protection from June 2018 to October 2021. Rudo's expertise includes managing engineering and construction contracts as the Group Commercial Legal Manager at KSS Construction Group Ltd from March 2017 to June 2018, and overseeing deceased estates as an Estate Controller at the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development from February 2016 to February 2017.
