Phil Sheridan

Phil Sheridan has extensive experience in manufacturing and machine shop management, currently serving as the Machine Shop Manager at Superior Products since September 2017. Prior to this role, Phil Sheridan has had a long tenure at Cashco, Inc. starting in 1981, where responsibilities have included Plant Manager and Manufacturing Technician, overseeing various teams such as Shift Supervisors and CNC Programmers, as well as managing tooling inventory and plant maintenance. Phil Sheridan's earlier experience includes a position as Machine Shop Supervisor, where supervision extended over conventional machining and CNC machines across multiple shifts. Phil Sheridan's educational background includes studies in math, science, engineering, and electronics at Kansas State University Salina, as well as machine tool technology at Barton Community College.
