Lalit Rana

Lalit Rana has a comprehensive career in HR, starting as an HR Executive at Jayashree Polymers Pvt Ltd in 2011. Lalit then moved on to Apeejay Education Society in 2013 as an Assistant Manager HR, where they focused on talent acquisition and employee engagement. In 2017, they joined V2 Retail Ltd as a Deputy Manager Human Resources. Lalit'smost recent role was at Walmart, where they served as an Assistant Manager - People from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are the Human Resources Lead at Cashify since April 2020.

Lalit Rana completed their 10th grade at Sarasvati Vidya Mandir in 2001. Lalit then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Geography from Himachal Pradesh University in 2004-2007. Following this, they pursued a Post Graduation Diploma in Personal Management from Himachal Pradesh University in 2008-2009. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in HR & Marketing from Himachal Pradesh University in 2009-2011.
