Marija Mitrovic

Marija Mitrovic is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Team Lead and Human Resources Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel since March 2019. In this role, Marija is responsible for candidate recruitment, including creating job ads, collaborating with Hiring Managers, generating various reports, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, sourcing candidates, overseeing new employee onboarding, and performing reference checks. Prior to Kuehne+Nagel, Marija held the position of Talent Management Team Leader at AIESEC Serbia, where responsibilities included leading recruitment campaigns, conducting interviews, managing external positioning, and organizing member education. Marija holds a degree from the Faculty of Security Studies in Belgrade, completed in 2020, and has prior education from the First Economical School in Belgrade.
