Ganesh Ram

Ganesh Ram has had a long and successful career in the finance industry. Ganesh began working at Sundaram Finance Limited in 2005 as a Relationship Manager - Executive. In this role, they were responsible for identifying potential individual customers for Car Loans, Commercial Vehicles Loans, Fleet Card, and Tyre Finance, as well as cross-selling other products like Deposits & Mutual Funds and Motor Insurance. Ganesh also took care of collections and recovery. In 2007, they moved to L & T Finance Limited as a Relationship Manager - Corporate Loan. In this role, they were responsible for acquiring new Corporate/SME customers for Factoring Service, Channel Finance, Asset Backed Term Loan, and Working Capital Loans. Ganesh also handled loan ticket sizes from 1 crs- 50 crs, for financial requirements. Ganesh was also responsible for credit appraisal, preparation of credit approval memorandum, coordination with the risk team for sanction, documentation, and disbursement. In 2014, they joined Hero Fincorp Ltd as a Sales Manager - Corporate Loans. In this role, they were responsible for developing new business as per the laid out risk criteria through direct sourcing as well as DSA Networks for Products like (Working Capital Term Loan, Business loan, Demand Loan, Loan Against property, Supply Bill Discounting, Purchase Bills Discounting). Ganesh also managed the existing portfolio in Corporate/SME segment and prepared the credit note for the proposals and presented it to the respective credit committee for further sanction. In 2015, they moved to Tata Capital as an Area Sales Manager. In this role, they handled Inventory Funding for various customers under Supply Chain and Trader Finance (Channel Finance) and Factoring Service, Asset Backed Term Loan, and Working Capital Loans. Ganesh also handled loan ticket sizes from 1 Crs- 50 Crs, for financial requirements. In 2019, they joined IndusInd Bank as Regional Sales Head, where they handled Supply Chain and Inventory Funding, and had a portfolio book of Rs 200 Crs in Tamilnadu and pondicherry. Ganesh currently works at Cashinvoice.in as Deputy Vice President, where they are responsible for maintaining good relationships with existing Corporate and acquiring new Corporate for Supply Chain Product, onboarding them with the company, and discussing various terms on the programme.

Ganesh Ram completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) at the University of Madras from 2000 to 2003, studying Commerce. Ganesh then attended Sathyabama University from 2003 to 2005 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in MBA. Prior to that, they attended Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1999 to 2001 and studied Commerce.
