Ishan Saxena

Ishan Saxena has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Ishan is currently (since January 2022) working as the Head - HR Business Partner at CashKaro.com. Prior to this, they served as an HR Business Partner at Noise from June 2021 to December 2021. Ishan also held the position of Manager - HR Business Partner at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) from March 2020 to May 2021. Before that, they worked as an Associate Manager - HR Business Partner at RateGain from October 2018 to January 2020. Ishan also briefly served as an Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner at Intellect Design Arena Ltd from May 2018 to October 2018. Prior to these roles, they gained experience as a Human Resources Specialist at Accenture from March 2013 to March 2017.

Ishan Saxena completed a Post Graduate Programme in Human Resources Management from the School of Inspired Leadership in the year 2018. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SRM University between 2009 and 2013. Additionally, Ishan completed their Higher Secondary education at Modern School, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, Math, and Biotechnology.
