Verena Jaspersen

Verena Jaspersen is a seasoned backend developer with extensive experience in web-based geographic information systems and related technologies. Since July 2019, Verena has been part of Cashlink, contributing to backend development. Prior to this, Verena served as a research associate at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) for a decade, focusing on web GIS design, remote processing infrastructure development, continuous integration, geodata handling, and technical training. Verena's expertise also includes a research associate role at the Fraunhofer Institute of Optronics, System Technologies and Image Exploitation IOSB, where Verena worked on 3D human pose estimation. Additionally, Verena has database development experience from Datatrust GmbH, specializing in MSSQL Server and T-SQL for business data management. Proficient in various programming languages and tools, Verena possesses strong skills in Java, Python, Angular, and several GIS technologies.
