Erik Haruch CSP has had a significant career in environmental health and safety. Erik is currently the Vice President of Environment Health Safety at Cashman Dredging & Marine Contracting Company, LLC since December 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Corporate EH&S Director at Massman Construction Co. from October 2014 to December 2019. Before that, they were the Operating Group Safety Director for the National Projects Group at M. A. Mortenson Company from November 2012 to August 2014. Erik also worked as a Sr. EH&S Project Manager at Lend Lease from November 2005 to November 2012, and as a Safety Director at McNulty Bros. Construction from March 2000 to November 2005.

Erik Haruch CSP attended Illinois State University from 1992 to 1997, where they studied Environmental Health & Safety. During their time at the university, they did not obtain a degree. In July 2021, Erik received certification as a Certified Security Professional (CSP) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
