Michael Empey

Michael Empey has a diverse work experience in the maritime industry. Michael started their career as a Salvage Engineer / Salvage Master at Walters Diving & Salvage in 1997. Michael then moved on to become the Heavy Lift & Offshore Division Manager at Cross Offshore Corporation from 1998 to 2000. In 2000, they joined Local Towing as the Manager of Projects - Caribbean. From 2001 to 2011, they worked at Global Industries, where they held the positions of Project Manager - Offshore Construction Division and Operations Manager - Middle East & Mediterranean. Currently, they are working at Cashman Dredging & Marine Contracting Company, LLC, where they have progressively taken on roles such as Vice President - Offshore & Marine, Sr. Vice President - Business Development & Strategy, and currently, they serve as the Executive Vice President - Business Development & Strategy.
