Stephen Tobin

Stephen Tobin is an experienced professional who has held various leadership positions in the field of project management and environmental management. Stephen has served as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Vice President, and Project Manager at Cashman Dredging & Marine Contracting Company, LLC. Prior to this, Stephen worked as a Project Manager at APEX Environmental and ENTRIX. Tobin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Water, Wetlands, and Marine Resources Management from the University of New Hampshire.
