Farbod Nowzad

Farbod Nowzad is an accomplished entrepreneur and data scientist with a diverse background in technology and financial services. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Cashmere since April 2022, Farbod specializes in automating client acquisition and engagement for financial services. Prior experience includes founding Pludo, a social audio platform, and raising funds from notable investors such as General Catalyst and Canaan Partners. As a data scientist at Lime, Farbod contributed to fraud prevention, and at CloudKitchens, focused on identifying prime industrial real estate. Farbod held various roles in data science and leadership, including as Director at Free Ventures and Partner at Dorm Room Fund. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
