Cristian C. has extensive experience in the culinary field, holding the position of Jefe de Cocina at Casino Buenos Aires SA since December 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing 24-hour operations and ensuring the adherence to established menus. Prior to this role, Cristian served as ENCARGADO DE COCINAS in the buques for CIRSA from March 2003 to November 2012, focusing on the planning, organization, and control of kitchen tasks, as well as coordinating staff efforts. Cristian began culinary career as a kitchen assistant in the buques and has also worked seasonally at Hotel Sofitel Montevideo and Resto "Jirafa Azul." Cristian holds a Chef diploma from Instituto Gastronomico del Sur and has completed leadership and coaching training at UBA.
