Dakota Young is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and customer service within fast-paced environments. Currently serving as a Production Team Lead at Tesla since February 2021, Dakota rapidly advanced within the company by training teams with a strong focus on quality and safety while facilitating inter-department communication. Prior roles include Production Associate at Tesla, Bartender at Casino M8trix, and various positions at Patxi's Pizza, where Dakota demonstrated exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills, contributing to efficient operations and outstanding customer experiences.
