Colleen Falco, CHRE has over 25 years of extensive work experience in various HR leadership roles. Colleen has worked at Niagara Casinos since 1997, starting as a Management & Leadership Training Specialist and gradually moving up to become the Vice President of Human Resources, responsible for overseeing the HR function and providing strategic consultation to the Executive Committee and Department Heads. Before their current role, Colleen served as the Senior Director of Human Resources, leading a team to create a remarkable employee experience and ensuring alignment with business strategy. Prior to their tenure at Niagara Casinos, they worked at Hospice Niagara as a Program Manager, where they developed and supervised palliative care programs for the Niagara region. Throughout their career, Colleen has demonstrated expertise in employee engagement, leadership development, compensation, benefits, and HR programs.

Colleen Falco, CHRE, received their education from various institutions. Colleen obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Brock University in 1992-1993. Prior to that, they completed an Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology at the University of Ottawa from 1987 to 1991. Colleen also holds an Honours Secondary School Graduation Diploma in Advanced Academics from NFCVI, although the specific dates are unknown. In 2019, they obtained the Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) certification from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
