Brian Harness

Brian Harness is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various management and chef roles. Currently serving as Chef Manager at Son of a Peach since August 2020, Brian has previously contributed to Fallsview Casino Resort as a Fulltime Line Cook and held significant positions at Brown’s Dining Solutions as Director of Food Services and Executive Chef at Brown's Fine Food Company. Brian's career began in the culinary field at Okeechobee Lodge & Marine Resort, where responsibilities included menu creation and inventory management. Additionally, Brian has a strong educational foundation with a Journeyman Cook degree from Fanshawe College and studies at Stratford Chef School and Western University. Expertise spans menu planning, recipe development, labor cost control, and staff training across multiple esteemed establishments.
