Brian's career began in the culinary field at Okeechobee Lodge & Marine Resort, where responsibilities included menu creation and inventory management. Additionally, Brian has a strong educational foundation with a Journeyman Cook degree from Fanshawe College and studies at Stratford Chef School and Western University.
