Satish Vaidya

Satish Vaidya has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Satish began their career in 1988 at Britannia Industries Limited, where they held multiple roles, including Systems Manager and Systems Officer. In 1991, they moved to SM Dyechem Ltd. as a Systems Manager. Satish then transitioned to the IT consulting industry, working as an ERP Consultant at HCL Consulting from 1997 to 1998 and at Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd. from 1998 to 2000. Satish joined IBM Global Services in 2000 as a consultant, where they were responsible for understanding and analyzing user business requirements and leading ERP implementation teams. In 2002, Satish joined PwC Consulting - People & Organization as a Consultant, leading various ERP implementations and developing and leading teams. In 2005, they joined KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited as an Assoc Vice President, leading the Oracle Practice and developing partnerships with Oracle. In 2013, Satish founded BrainWave (BWC Labs), where they currently hold the position of Founder Director. In this role, they guide teams in providing solutions to customers, develops relationships with customers, and develops new markets. Satish also focuses on digital transformation consulting, consultative sales, and training and mentoring. Additionally, Satish served as a Partner and Product Manager at BrainWave from 2016 to 2019. Satish has also held positions as Director at Drivedge and Managing Director at Supertech Corporation Pvt Ltd. throughout their career. Overall, Satish Vaidya has extensive experience in IT consulting, ERP implementations, and digital transformation consulting.

Satish Vaidya's education history includes completing a certification program in Business Analytics for Senior Managers at XLRI Jamshedpur from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA degree in Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies between 2008 and 2011. Additionally, Satish Vaidya obtained an MSC degree in Mathematics from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara from 1981 to 1983.

In terms of certifications, Satish Vaidya completed a certification course on Data Science for Senior Managers as part of their PGDM(General Management) at XLRI Jamshedpur in November 2019. Satish also participated in a Leadership Program for IT Managers at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in January 1992.
