Cindy Mills

Cindy Mills, CPA, CMA, currently serves as the Director of Finance at Casino Nova Scotia since March 2023 and has been a Board Member and Treasurer at Prescott Group Halifax NS since September 2020. Previously, Cindy held the position of Director of Finance at Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation from 2006 until November 2021, where responsibilities included presenting to the audit committee, managing the transition to IFRS, developing corporate policies, and overseeing internal controls and ERP implementation. Additional roles include Acting Vice-President of Finance and Strategy, Corporate Controller at Atlantic Combustion Technologies Inc. from 2005 to 2006, and Director of Finance at Miramichi Regional Health Authority from 1992 to 2005. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Saint Mary's University and is a member of CPA Canada.
