Giancarlo also led the team to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction, managed demand versus the delivery team, and handled revenue resources like implementation projects and professional services.

Previously, Giancarlo worked as an Account Executive at ProV International, where they focused on sales and presales deals of Service Management using the ServiceNow Platform. Giancarlo also served as the Head of Operations at Econocom Brasil, overseeing the information technology department and providing technological guidance.

Earlier in their career, Giancarlo held various roles at GlobalWeb Data Services, including Senior Pre Sales Manager and IT Operations and Infrastructure Manager. Giancarlo was responsible for planning pre-sales strategies, identifying new opportunities, preparing presentations, managing demand, and engaging with customers. Giancarlo also gained project management experience at Natura Cosmetics, Bridgestone, and Telefonica/Vivo Datacenter.

Giancarlo began their career as the CIO/Founder at 4TI Solutions, where they were responsible for all organization-wide IT activities. Giancarlo also worked at Internet Service Provider - iG and Oi/Telemar in IT operations and management roles. Additionally, they served as an IT Project and Infrastructure Manager at HP.

Throughout their work experience, Giancarlo has demonstrated expertise in sales, digital transformation solutions, IT operations, project management, and customer relationship management.

Giancarlo M. completed a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Systems Analysis at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 2004 to 2008.
