Mychel Oliveira

Mychel Oliveira's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Mychel started working as an Aprendiz de Ferramentaria at JKS Industrial LTDA in 2009 and completed this role in 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a 1/2 Oficial Feramenteiro at Metalurgica SAN. In 2012, they joined Valeo as an Estagiário de Engenharia de Processos where they monitored production systems to reduce costs and improve product quality. In 2013, they worked as an Estágio em Gerenciamento de Projetos at Continental, focusing on creating and modifying technical lists and leading change implementations. Mychel then moved to EDC Group in 2014 and worked as an Analista de Processos for a year. From 2015 to 2022, they had multiple roles at Continental, including Analista de Projetos, Analista de Projetos Pleno, and Engenheiro de Projetos Pleno, where they worked in cross-functional teams to implement new projects in manufacturing. Mychel joined EY in 2022 as a Consultor sênior and will be starting a new role as an Engagement Manager at Cask LATAM in 2023.

Mychel Oliveira completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Gerenciamento de Projetos (Project Management) from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2017-2018. Prior to that, Mychel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Engenharia (Engineering) with a field of study in Mecatrônica (Mechatronics) from Centro Universitário Eniac in 2012-2016.
