Rachel Woodward (Marcy)

Rachel Woodward (Marcy) is a seasoned professional with a strong background in program analysis and management. Currently serving as a Program Analyst and Configuration Management specialist at Cask Government Services since 2012, Rachel has also held the position of Program Manager at Cask, LLC for a year, overseeing the SIAT SBIR contract through MCSC. Prior experience includes working as a Program Analyst at Jacobs Technology from 2009 to 2012. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Public Relations and French from Augusta State University, completed in 2008.
