Ben Condie

Ben Condie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service design, pre-sales, and solution architecture, currently serving as the Director of Service Design, Quality & Enablement at Cask NX since December 2016. With a strong focus on developing client-centric, global services, Condie has played a key role in enhancing sales efficiency and reducing customer acquisition costs. Prior to Cask NX, Condie held senior management roles at Levi Strauss & Co., where expertise in IT Service Management and Enterprise Service Management was leveraged to improve organizational capabilities. A proven leader in consulting and service delivery, Condie's background includes significant pre-sales and technical consulting experience from earlier positions at Transit Computer Systems and 1-Stop Connections. Condie earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from RMIT University between 2010 and 2014.
