Shannon Thurston

Shannon Thurston currently serves as Lead Developer at Cask, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Shannon held the role of Platform Architect at Nuvolo from November 2018 to June 2021 and worked as a Senior ServiceNow Developer at Kforce Inc from June 2017 to November 2018. Prior to that, Shannon was a ServiceNow Administrator and Developer at Utah State University, where responsibilities included system administration and development of ServiceNow ITSM Software from May 2007 to June 2017. Shannon's career began as Director of Technology at Fast Forward Charter High School, overseeing multiple IT systems and infrastructure from July 2002 to May 2007. Shannon earned a BA in Education with a focus on Information Systems from Utah State University, graduating in 2006.
