Eric K.

Eric K. has extensive work experience in the field of medicinal chemistry. Eric is currently the Director of Medicinal Chemistry at Casma Therapeutics since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at HotSpot Therapeutics, Inc. as an Associate Director of Medicinal Chemistry from 2018 to 2021. From 2010 to 2018, they served as a Principal Investigator at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals. Eric also has experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of California, Los Angeles from 2008 to 2010, where they collaborated with the Houk group on various research projects related to heterocyclic aryne reactions and pi-allyl palladium species.

From 2002 to 2007, Eric K. pursued their Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at the University of California, Los Angeles.
