Jeff Williams

Jeff Williams is an experienced finance and real estate professional currently serving as Managing Director of Capital Markets at Casoro Group since March 2024, overseeing joint venture equity, debt, and acquisitions. Previously, Jeff held the position of President at Wakefield Residential from January 2023 to April 2024. Prior experience includes Managing Director roles at Berkadia and Security Properties, along with a significant tenure at Moran & Company as a Partner, where $5.4 billion in transactions were executed and closed. Jeff's career also encompasses leadership roles at Lend Lease Real Estate Investment and Walden Residential Properties, where large national portfolios and investment activities were managed. Educational credentials include a BSCE in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA in Finance from Texas Christian University.
