Sarah Swartzendruber

Sarah Swartzendruber is an experienced professional in real estate asset management and legal practice. Currently serving as Managing Director at Aegon Asset Management since September 2010, Sarah oversees operational results and strategy implementation within the Mortgage Loan Servicing, Accounting, and Reporting Department, and supervises a team of real estate professionals managing commercial mortgage loans. Prior to this role, Sarah practiced as an Attorney at Simmons Perrine Moyer Bergman PLC from April 2008 to September 2010, focusing on business transactions related to real estate and advising clients on entity formation and tax planning. Sarah holds a J.D. with high distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law, earned in 2001, and a B.A. from the University of Iowa, obtained in 1997.
