Adam Gronowski

Adam Gronowski is a cofounder at caspa AI, focusing on developing an AI copilot for commercial product photography. Previously, as a Founder in Residence at Entrepreneur First, Adam contributed to building impactful companies. At Queen's University, Adam served as a Machine Learning Researcher, where a fair representation learning method led to a Best Paper Award. Additional experience includes software engineering research at the Department of National Defence and various research and teaching roles at Queen's University. Adam also has a background in electrical engineering and robotics, with leadership roles in student robotics teams. Adam holds a Master's of Applied Science and a Bachelor's of Applied Science in Mathematics and Engineering from Queen's University, along with early education in Mechatronics and Robotics from the University of Waterloo.
