Franziska Dimitrova

Franziska Dimitrova has been working in the professional world since 1985, when they began their career as an actress, speaker, and singer. In 2006, they became an Assistant to the Managing Director at Universal Music Group. In 2010, they worked as an Administrative Consultant for Team Europe Ventures, and in 2011 they were an Event Sales Manager for GOYA Berlin. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Business Development Manager for winmarket solutions GmbH (LX e-commerce solutions GmbH). In 2018, they became Head of Operations for jobpal, and in 2020 they were a Coach and Operations Lead at red lab. Currently, they are a People Business Partner and Operations Specialist at Caspar Health.

Franziska Dimitrova began their educational journey in 1996 at the Conservatory of the city Vienna, studying Drama. Franziska then attended the University of Vienna from 1997 to 1999, studying Law. From 2002 to 2006, they attended the University of Applied Sciences of Berlin (FHTW Berlin), graduating with a degree in Business Law [Dipl. Wirtschaftsjuristin (FH)]. Franziska has also obtained several certifications since then, including Transformational Coach für Teams und Organisationen from the Coaching Center Berlin in 2022, Grundlagen agiles Arbeiten from the DNO Akademie in 2021, Change Management (Sozialpsychologie) from WINGS Professional Studies - Wismar University in 2019, Leadership and Emotional Intelligence from Coursera in 2018, and Eventmanagement from the ebam Akademie für Wirtschaft und Management in 2008.
