Rachel Pedicini

Rachel Pedicini is an experienced professional in the field of e-commerce and digital merchandising. Currently serving as the VP of E-commerce at Casper since May 2023, Rachel has held significant roles at various esteemed companies, including AVP of Digital Merchandising at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. from August 2020 to May 2023, and Merchandising Director for Outlet E-Commerce at ANN INC from March 2018 to August 2020. Prior experience at Gap Inc. involved positions such as Senior Product Manager and Director of Ecommerce for Banana Republic Factory Stores, with additional roles focused on buying and inventory management. Rachel began a career in retail at Saks Fifth Avenue, where various buying and planning roles were undertaken from July 2002 to November 2010. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from Binghamton University.
