Ronald Esquejo

Ronald Esquejo has extensive retail management experience, currently serving as an Associate Store Manager at Casper since May 2021, after a tenure as a Supervisor with the same company from November 2019 to March 2020. Previously, Ronald held multiple roles at Charlotte Russe from May 2010 to April 2019, where achievements included winning a Legacy award in 2017, maintaining exceptional shrink rates, and driving significant volume increases. Ronald also contributed to store management as an Assistant Store Manager, demonstrating strong capabilities in shrink control and talent development. Earlier experience includes a role as an Assistant Store Manager at Anchor Blue Retail Group, focusing on enhancing customer service and achieving best shrink reduction. Ronald attended Chabot College from 2002 to 2004.
