Borhan Zoufan began their career in 2000 as an IT Manager for Paramadan Co., where they managed daily IT operations and help desk troubleshooting for a large construction consulting company. Borhan also trained internal employees on AutoCAD software and implemented equipment at numerous locations. In 2005, they became a Project Manager for SCA Packaging Company, where they led the design and IT consulting groups and spearheaded a complex IT project for a specialty packaging material manufacturer, supervising teams projects with up to 380 employees. In 2007, they joined ClickAway as a Senior IT Consultant and Account Executive, providing high-quality IT sales, service, and support for small businesses. Borhan completed retail repairs, ensuring outstanding profits and customer satisfaction, and trained and mentored mid-level technicians. Finally, in 2012, Borhan Zoufan founded Caspian IT Group, where they managed projects, provided technical sales, and offered technical expertise and IT services and support for small businesses and corporate clients. Borhan also spearheaded business and technical decision making and provided real-time IT support both remotely and in person.

Borhan Zoufan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Azrad University in Isfahan, Iran. In 2019, they obtained a Stanford Advanced Computer Security Certificate from Stanford University School of Engineering in January, and four Coursera Course Certificates in September and October: Essential Google Cloud Infrastructure: Foundation, Essential Google Cloud Infrastructure: Core Services, Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure, and Product Management: Transforming Opportunities into Great Products from Stanford University School of Engineering in July 2020.
