Dondon Longcanaya

Dondon Longcanaya currently serves as the Director of Professional Services at Caspio, a role focused on driving growth, executing high-quality implementations, and developing talent within a global team to enhance customer experiences with the Caspio platform. Previously, Dondon held various positions at Primesoft Philippines, Inc., including Service Delivery Manager and Project Manager, overseeing significant application lifecycle outsourcing projects for major corporations. Dondon's earlier experience includes leading technical research and product development initiatives at Xybersolutions, Inc. Additionally, Dondon is pursuing an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the University of Makati, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Adamson University.
