Joshua Brown

Joshua Brown is a seasoned Sr. UX Researcher at Cass, with a strong track record in leveraging machine learning and generative AI to enhance user engagement and content efficacy. Since joining Cass in June 2017, Joshua has driven impactful experiments that resulted in significant increases in user satisfaction and resource acceptance rates. Previous experience includes roles as a UX Researcher at Cass and a Psychology Consultant/AI Writer, where clinical insights contributed to product efficacy in mental health applications. Joshua's background also includes supportive counseling at Thunder Road Adolescent Treatment Center and data analysis internships, reinforcing a solid foundation in psychology and user experience. Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Human Factors and Ergonomics at San Jose State University, Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
